Electricity is light, it is heat, and it is energy. Electricity is a big part of life as we know it. But you probably don’t think about what life would be like without electricity. Life without electricity we all know would be hard. We all use electricity constantly throughout the day. This varies from lights to TV. Let me go into some detail about life without electricity for you.
Imagine life without electric light. That means no lamps or light bulbs. We would all be using day light, a torch, or a candle. This would change our way of life. Truly most people take electricity for granted. You say how, well people don’t turn the lights of when they leave a room. That is hurting the environment and their wallet.
Now imagine life without electric heat. This means no heaters, central heating systems or hot water heaters. The only alternative to heat is a fireplace. Even though this is very effective it is not as quick. We should be very thankful we have the heating products we have.
Now try to imagine life without TV. Now luckily on this electronic there are a lot of alternatives. But still without TV we would have to draw, read, or see plays. Now even though TV is not essential we do enjoy it. This proves how far technology has come.
Now lastly try to imagine life without a phone. This would mean no home or cellular phones. Luckily there are other ways of communicating. These are visiting and writing letters. Now these might not be as fast but they are still very purposeful and effective, because they are more significant.
Now as I have explained there are alternatives to things. I hope this paper helps you appreciate the electricity we have more. Remember do a favor for the environment and yourself and remember to shut off the lights and the TV.

How long until most people realize how they are destroying the planet and resources?
June 3rd, 2010 admin By not paying much attention to how they use/consume and dispose of unnecessary products that damage the environment and the proper use of non-renewable sources of energy.
Conservation of the environment is not normally taught at schools worldwide.
Unfortunately ,I guess that people who are careful and aware of the damages caused to the environment by ignorance and greed ,have also to suffer from the catastrophic consecuences of climate change.Now and in days to come very soon if governments don´t act drastically and immediately .
Energy conservation figures for led ,CFL, motion sensors etc ….?

Where can I learn about installing energy efficiency products in homes as a career?
May 25th, 2010 admin Hey all, I want to take up a career in energy conservation in the home. Basically I want to learn how to install and connect solar panels and other modifications to homes for decreasing utility costs and being more environmentally conscious. I was wondering is anyone knows any schools or other institutions that would be able to give me the training I need. Or if you think I should just go and work in the electrically field and branch off on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was thinking along the lines of forming my own business as well but I just cant think of where to start.
