Our Owner:
Richard Neusch has had his own construction business in the Austin area
since 1985; starting Integrity Painting in 1990 and Integrity Energy
Systems, IES, in 2002. In 2002, after doing extensive research on energy
savings products such as radiant barriers, he sought after bringing the
Lo/Mit radiant barrier product into the area. (It was, and still is,
the highest rated spray-on radiant barrier on the market.) His
reputation for INTEGRITY landed him the exclusive distributorship for
all of Central Texas. His extensive knowledge in construction and
painting more than qualified him for an energy conservation business. In
IES, as in his other business endeavors, he has created an environment
of trust and professionalism with customers in the Austin area by
exhibiting INTEGRITY in all his transactions.
In 2007, Richard added many other energy savings technologies and
services to IES. We have now included blowing wool insulation, solar
screens, solar fans, weatherization, ridge and soffit venting and more!
He continues to seek out the BEST in energy savings technologies to help
Central Texas truly become energy efficient.
Our Employees:
Mickey Harris, General Manager, was added to the company in 2006. He
has become a tremendous addition to IES. His expertise in the
construction and management fields has benefited the organizational and
management attributes of IES while sustaining the INTEGRITY of the
company.
